Toastmaster 48" Commercial Electric Countertop Griddle - 208/240v/60/1-ph The Toastmaster TMGT48 griddle is gas powered and uses throttling thermostats to maintain set temperatures. Featuring a temperature range of 150 to 450 degrees Fahrenheit, each of the four burners has its own temperature control knob, which results in four possible temperature zones. The cooking surface is made of 3⁄4-inch-thick polished steel to ensure even heating and quick recovery when cold foods are added. The Toastmaster TMGT48 griddle features a 43⁄8-inch-high splash guard that tapers toward the front, protecting the surrounding area from grease splashes. Its wide grease trough accommodates a spatula, and the removable grease drawer holds 41⁄2 quarts. A stainless steel bull nose extends over the knobs, offering a protective measure against spilled food and providing a buffer between the user and the hot surface.
